This isn't debatable! XD

So are you guys done for con season, or do you have some others you plan on attending?

We're going to the New York Anime Festival, just for one day, to break in some friends who have never been to a con and bring them over to the dark side, haha. Then that's it til next Anime Boston!
:iconmarkiemark425:
haha breakin in the noobs! Its kind of depressing how short con season is.. :/

There's a pretty good range if you want to travel the east coast, but I don't go any further than Boston the last few years. Too lazy~ Half the time I don't even make it to any other cons (as evidenced by the failed attempt to go to Anime Next).

A part of me wants to move to the east coast just for the cons... haha I certainly wouldn't miss shoveling my damn driveway as well..

haha yeah i read the post about the failed Anime Next trip...such a shame :p

I don't miss shoveling driveways. City living has its perks! Apartments, however, are not the best places to build props...

I don't think we missed much. We actually got to ANext in 2007 and it wasn't much to write home about. We had a good time, until we got bored and only stayed for about 4 hours. O_O

OMG those boots must've costed a FORTUNE!

Chyanna is so cool, that anyone else with that name is currently being sued for impersonation of a celebrity xD
:iconmarkiemark425:
haha, it is nice having all the open space i need for props. But the older I get the more restless I get living in the country...especially now that college is done. Its like being trapped lol.

haha, how can you only stay for 4 hours?! i spend that much time in the dealers room at most cons.

Haha, I wouldn't call it a fortune! They were about $60.

I didn't like living in the country, because I had to drive everywhere. (Originally from NH, ironically just got my NY driver's license today.) Public transportation is my friend!

And okay, maybe it was a little more than 4 hours. More like 6? XD This was a few years ago, so I can't say how it was this year, but the dealer's room was pretty small and the setup of the con in general was pretty poor. We spent most of the time at a cosplay photoshoot and when that ended it was like "What do we do?!" So we got on the bus and went home! Spoiled by Anime Boston, I guess.
